Many foods have the ability to speed up the process of fat burning and weight loss. Some are better than others. Below you'll find a list of 5 of them.

4. Green Vegetables and Fresh FruitYes, yes, eat your 5 a day, or more and you are bound to loose those love handles! Green vegetables have very little calories and huge amount of nutritionist value. 5.Chicken and Turkey Breast Chicken and turkey are great for protein in ones diet. Remember: remove the skin and don't go KFC on them :)
