My Home Gym Equipment

What is my home gym fitness equipment arsenal now?

Well I’ve slowly been collecting bits and pieces over the time I’ve been writing this blog and I’ve been able to review many other items of home gym fitness equipment, along with test them out.
skipping rope
To date I own:

A Skipping rope – brilliant for cardio training and getting toned.

Hand Grippers – Great for forearm exercises and help grip on holding weights.

Dumbbells – I bought these a good few months ago now and have been an awesome investment.

Yoga Mat – Vital for my sit-ups routines as I’ve got a very bony back and cannot do sit-ups just on the floor.

All of this fitness equipment can be used from your bedroom or within the comfort of your own house. The skipping rope needs some space, but is one of the best pieces of cardio equipment you can have! Why not take it for a run with you and skip after your run!

A great way to get toned!

Jumping rope is so basic, and yet such a calorie burner with no expensive equipment. Just about anyone can do it!

Kettlebells!!

Kettlebells are also a useful bit of kit to own. I bought mine from totallyfitness.com and the results I have gained are great!! They are good for strength endurance as well as cardio fitness.

I started with a "heavy" 20kg and realised I needed to drop the weight as the training is geared towards endurance as opposed to lifting the heaviest possible bell.

Give it a go!! add it to your collection!! the guys at Totally Fitness are very helpful also!!
